Complaint Policy

We want LunaCat to be safe and fair. If something is wrong, tell us — this page explains how to complain and how we handle it.

What you can complain about

You can raise a complaint about, for example:

  • content you believe is unlawful or breaks our rules;
  • the behaviour of another user;
  • a billing or subscription issue;
  • how we have handled your data or a previous request.

For specific issues we have dedicated routes: content depicting you or unlawful material via Content Removal, copyright via our Copyright / DMCA Policy, and reports involving a minor via our Underage Policy.

How to complain

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Complaint” and tell us what happened, any links or details we need to look into it, and how we can reach you. The more specific you are, the faster we can help.

How we handle it

We acknowledge complaints and review them fairly and without undue delay. We may need to contact you for more information. We will tell you the outcome and, where we can, what action we have taken. Complaints about unlawful content or safety are prioritised. We handle any personal data in your complaint under our Privacy Policy.

Illegal content (EU Digital Services Act)

If you consider that content on LunaCat is illegal, you can notify us using the email address above; this is our point of contact for notices about illegal content. We will assess valid notices and act in accordance with applicable law, and, where required, let you know how your notice was handled.

If you are still not satisfied

If we cannot resolve your complaint, EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform, and data-protection complaints can be raised with a supervisory authority (in Hungary, the NAIH). Details are in our Imprint and Privacy Policy.
