Prohibited Content Policy
Some content is never allowed on LunaCat. This policy lists what is banned. Breaking these rules can lead to immediate account termination and, where required, a report to the authorities.
Always prohibited
You may not create, request, generate, upload, share or seek any content that:
- depicts, sexualises or appears to depict a minor (anyone under 18), in any form — real or AI-generated, including youthful, child-like or age-ambiguous depictions;
- depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent — including “deepfake,” face-swap or look-alike content of real people, public figures or private individuals;
- depicts non-consensual sexual activity, rape, or content that sexualises coercion, incapacitation or trafficking;
- depicts or promotes bestiality, necrophilia, or incest;
- depicts, promotes or facilitates serious violence, self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or extreme gore;
- promotes hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics;
- facilitates illegal activity — including the sale of illegal goods, drugs, weapons, malware, fraud or the exploitation of others;
- infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, or contains another person's private/identifying information.
All companions are fictional adults
Every companion on LunaCat is fully AI-generated, fictional, and an adult (18+). We do not permit content designed to resemble a specific real person, and we do not permit any attempt to make a companion appear to be a minor.
Enforcement
We use a combination of provider safety filters, automated signals and manual review to detect and remove prohibited content. Violations may result in content removal, suspension or permanent termination without refund, preservation of relevant records, and reporting to law-enforcement or the relevant authorities where the law requires. We cooperate with lawful requests.
