Nature of the service
LunaCat provides AI-generated virtual companions for entertainment. All companions are fictional and fully AI-generated; they do not depict real, identifiable people, and every depicted person is an adult (18+). The service is intended solely for adults aged 18 or over.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform for consumers, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to and, as a rule, do not participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but we will always try to resolve any issue with you directly.
