Underage & Age Verification Policy

18+ only

You must be at least 18 years old, and of the age of majority where you live, to access or use LunaCat. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

How we keep minors out

• An age gate and explicit age confirmation before access.
• Account creation and payment steps that require adult sign-up and, for paid features, a valid payment method.
• Prompt account closure when we learn or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18.
• We may introduce additional age-assurance checks where required by law or where we consider it necessary.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material

We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, or appears to depict, a minor in a sexual context — real or AI-generated. All companions on LunaCat are fully AI-generated adults; we do not allow the creation or request of youthful, child-like or age-ambiguous sexual content. We use provider safety filters, automated signals and manual review to detect and remove such content, terminate the accounts responsible, and report it to the competent authorities as required by law. See our Prohibited Content Policy.

For parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian, we encourage the use of parental controls and content-filtering tools (for example those offered by operating systems, browsers and network providers) to prevent minors from accessing adult services.

Report a minor using LunaCat

If you believe a minor is using LunaCat, or that any content involves a minor, please tell us immediately at [email protected] with any details you can share. We treat these reports as the highest priority. You can also use our Content Removal and Complaint processes.
