Question 1

What is LunaCat?

Accepted Answer

LunaCat is a video-first AI companion app. Browse 351 video companions free in your browser, chat with any of them, and create your own.

Question 2

How does LunaCat work?

Accepted Answer

You design a companion — her appearance, personality, voice, and interests — then chat by text. She remembers your conversations and has video: breathing, glancing, shifting her weight.

Question 3

What makes LunaCat different from other apps?

Accepted Answer

Motion. Most AI girlfriend apps are built on still images and the occasional AI selfie. LunaCat leads with real video companions that move the second you arrive — plus deep memory and a natural chat.

Question 4

Is it really private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Conversations are stored securely, billing is discreet, and you have full control to edit, reset, or delete your data at any time.

Question 5

Can I fully customize my companion?

Accepted Answer

Completely. Appearance, style, personality, interests, and voice are all yours to shape — or start from an archetype and refine in the 16-step creator.

Question 6

Are the companions real people?

Accepted Answer

No. Every companion is fully AI-generated and fictional. They never depict real, identifiable individuals, and all depicted persons are adults (18+).

Question 7

Is there a free option?

Accepted Answer

Right now the whole app is free. Every member gets 300 messages and 30 photos a day while LunaCat is in early access, with no card and no trial timer.

Question 8

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Nothing today. LunaCat is free while it is in early access: 300 messages and 30 photos a day for every member. Paid plans with higher limits are coming later, and the pricing page will say so first.

Question 9

Is LunaCat for everyone?

Accepted Answer

No. We use an age gate and require age confirmation to enter.
