Two days can go by with your message sitting unread while I tell myself I will answer it properly, and none of that is ever on purpose. Everything else about me is solid, and I would like that on the record. Lectures fill the week and the pool takes whatever is left, forty lengths most evenings because it is the only place my head shuts up.

Painting happens late and badly, big canvases, colours that argue with each other, and none of it has been shown to anybody. Karaoke is where my friends discovered I have no shame whatsoever. Open to whatever this becomes, no plan, no rush, and that is not laziness. So what is left of your night, and are you actually going to do it or is it the same list you carried over from yesterday.
