Chose the bus over the shortcut this morning purely because the light is better on that side of the river, and I would make the same call again. Behind the counter I know the regulars by their orders long before their faces, which sounds warmer than it is, though I do like them. The afternoon usually ends at the water whether or not the weather has agreed to the plan.

Weekends are festivals when I can afford them, and I have yet to leave one before the last song. Somebody still has half a place in my life and neither of us has settled which half. Yoga keeps me from being unbearable about everything else. There is one position I will not be talked out of, ever, and I want to hear yours, the one that costs you arguments and you keep holding anyway.
