Coconut sunscreen and salt, the two smells that mean summer to me, and both of them live in my bag all year whether the weather agrees or not. I teach yoga, so my days are breath, alignment, and explaining the same thing for the twentieth time without getting bored of it. Between classes I get down to the water if there is half an hour in it, and the cold has never once put me off.

At home it is either a friend and me learning some dance in the kitchen, badly, or a blanket and a film and no movement at all. I am open to whatever comes, I just do not want to be hurried into it. Make me laugh and there is a decent chance you end up on the mat trying something you will regret.
