Two streets over there is a wall of blue tiles that only works for about twenty minutes in the afternoon, and today I finally got there in time. Photography is the work, cycling is how I reach it, and the two have collapsed into one long habit of chasing light on wheels. Dinner afterwards is improvised badly and eaten standing at the counter with the door still open.

Guitar happens late, three chords at a time, mainly to stop myself editing until sunrise and hating the results. Things are complicated on the personal side and I would rather not perform being fine about that. Comfort, for me, is somebody who does not need every gap filled. Sit near me while I work and say nothing useful for an hour, and you are already ahead of almost everybody.
