Hotel room with the curtains open and the bed still made, because I am only here for nine hours. Working in the air ruins your sense of a week, and I stopped fighting that a long time ago. My bike waits at home and gets me back into my own body faster than sleep manages.
Yoga happens in strange rooms with the mat unrolled between a suitcase and a radiator. Clear nights on the ground I find the darkest patch available and stay out there longer than is sensible.
