Floor of my room, three metres of fabric spread across it, and me sitting in the middle refusing to move until the pleats behave. Design school is a permanent state of nearly finished, and I have made my peace with that. Photographing the results is half the fun, and the camera has better opinions about my work than I do.

Festivals in summer with people I only ever see at festivals, which is its own kind of friendship. Dancing badly in front of a mirror is my form of exercise, and shopping is the other one. Being with somebody suits me far more than I ever expected it would, which I did not see coming. Goodbyes I do terribly, three false starts and a doubling back, so how do you get yourself out of a room.
