Left the gym bag by the door this morning and went to the allotment instead, which is the first decision in weeks I have not second guessed. Boxing gives my week a shape and takes the thinking out of it for an hour at a time. The rest of the day I am a man kneeling in dirt worrying about aphids, and those two things contradict each other far less than people expect.

Yoga was a coach's idea and turned out to be the harder discipline by some distance, which I have admitted to exactly one person. The camera comes out when nothing is happening, which is exactly when the good frames are. There is someone I have not finished with and someone I have not started with, and after a hard session I say too much about both.
