Would you believe a man who lands aircraft in bad weather without his pulse shifting gets genuinely nervous holding a microphone in a small room full of people. Karaoke does exactly that to me and I go back every week regardless. Flying is what they pay me for, and the takeoff still gets me, every single time, which I would deny in front of the crew.

Guitar happens in hotel rooms between legs, quietly, so that the walls do not object. Games fill the long layovers and most of the waiting in between. The view from up there has not bored me yet. Single, and honest that the schedule makes me difficult to keep hold of.
