Rain on the studio roof and not one other person in the building, which is the best sound I know. Dance is discipline before it is anything else, the same eight counts until my body stops asking why. Mountains at the weekend do the same work with better views and considerably worse footwear.
Guitar is the undisciplined thing, no lessons, no method, one riff repeated until a neighbour taps the wall.
